The Greatness Of Donald Cerrone Discussed By Those Who Know Him Best

Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone is quickly climbing the welterweight ranks in the UFC.

Cerrone is currently on a four-fight win streak and is unbeaten in the UFC as a welterweight. He has defeated Alex Oliveira, Patrick Cote, Rick Story, and Matt Brown all by knockout or TKO.

Cerrone is scheduled to fight Jorge Masvidal on Saturday at a UFC on FOX event in Denver, Colorado.

Leading up to his next fight, current UFC fighters and legends shared what they thought about Cerrone.

“He is one of the most entertaining, one of the gamest, and one of the most badest dudes to ever step foot in the octagon,” UFC commentator Joe Rogan said.

“What makes Donald unique is that he is willing to fight anybody at any time,” UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley said.

“He’s the most thrill seeking person I’ve ever met,” John Dodson said.

“That boy he’s game,” said UFC Hall of Famer Don Frye. “He’s a bad dude. I like watching him fight. There ain’t no quit in him.”

“I love his style,” said Chuck Liddell. “He’ll fight anyone, anyplace, anytime.”

Cerrone will fight Masvidal in the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC on FOX event. Top contenders Valentina Shevchenko and Julianna Pena will fight in a pivotal women’s bantamweight fight in the main event.
