Bisping Speaks Out Against His UFC Pays, Says He’s Never Seen A Million Dollars

Since he beat Dan Henderson at UFC 204 back in October, middleweight champion, Michael Bisping has wanted big fights that are going to generate him the most money.

He’s interested in facing former middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre, who has reportedly agreed to a new UFC deal, current welterweight champion Tyron Woodley or even former Strikeforce welterweight champion Nick Diaz. He’s made it clear he’s not interested in fights like Yoel Romero or Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza as Bisping feels those aren’t money generating fights.

During an appearance on Monday’s “The MMA Hour”, Bisping revealed he’s never even made a million dollars a fight which is hard to believe considering how big of a draw he is in the United Kingdom and is the current 185-pound champion.

“I’ve never had a $10 million payday,” Bisping said on the show. “I’ve never had a $1 million payday.”

It is unknown on when Bisping will fight next as he’s recovering from knee injury. Dana White’s said Romero is the next opponent but “The Count” has said if St-Pierre is available that’s what he wants and what the former 170-pound champ wants.

The Canadian would guarantee Bisping the payday he is looking for.
