Recently Retired Tito Ortiz Offers To Step In And Fight Fedor

Following Matt Mitrione’s sudden drop from Bellator 172’s main event with Fedor Emelianenko, many fighters have taken to social media to call out “The Last Emperor.” Among them, recently retired light heavyweight Tito Ortiz seems to have put his name into the ring.

Ortiz fought his retirement fight, a first round submission victory over Chael Sonnen, at Bellator 170 this past January but it looks like he’s more than willing to step up at the final hour to face Fedor. However, at this point it looks like there won’t be any replacement for tonight’s Bellator 172 main event.
