Most people who’ve been holding out hope for a mega fight between boxing icon Floyd Mayweather and UFC champion Conor McGregor know it’s a tall order to fill. Both athletes come from totally different sports and a lot of contractual details would need to be worked out, but things seemed to be really heating up in the past few months.
However, the rumor now going around is that the negotiations have fallen apart and Mayweather has walked away from the deal all together. Whether there’s any truth to these rumors is another story all together but with both of them being huge stars, none of this would be shocking.
