UFC Fighter Refuses UFC’s New Contract Offer, Walks From Promotion

One of the UFC’s top flyweights is now a free agent. According to a report coming from Flocombat, Kyoji Horiguchi is now a free to pursue fights outside of the promotion after rejecting their latest contract offer.

“Horiguchi’s management team informed us (Flocombat) their client had not been released from the UFC, but rather he’d received an offer and not found it acceptable. They also told us he is now officially a free agent.

Horiguchi and his team also said this was not only about monetary discrepancies, but also in regards to his future fight schedule. Now training out of American Top Team in Coconut Creek Florida, Horiguchi’s management says they are now open to offers from Bellator or Rizin.
