At tonight’s UFC Fight Night 106 Alex Oliveira pulled off a second round submission victory over Tim Means, locking in his second victory over the fighter.
But before Oliveira could pull off his submission victory, “Cowboy” was faced with the mountainous referee “Big” John McCarthy. Unhappy with a late blow by the “Cowboy,” McCarthy decided to give Oliveira a talking to after the bell. Grabbing the fighter by the jaw and pressing him to the fence, McCarthy warned the fighter to stop the late blows.
Former light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort will be facing Kelvin Gastelum in tonight’s UFC Fight Night main event, hopefully they stay in McCarthy’s good graces. Check out the video above to see why it all went down!
