The last time Rafael dos Anjos stepped into the octagon, he had suffered a unanimous decision loss to Tony Ferguson at “The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 3 Finale: dos Anjos vs. Ferguson”. Despite not having stepped onto the mats under the bright lights since then, dos Anjos still managed to rack up a technical knockout on social media after he was called out by a lower-ranked fighter.
Colby Covington tried his hand at calling out a fighter higher than him on social media, hoping it would work out in his favor. Dos Anjos remained as polite as he could and instead of asking “Who the [expletive] is that guy”, he tried to be as polite as possible about it.
