Overeem Predicts How Long Conor McGregor Would Last Against Him

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has become known for his wealth of pre-fight predictions. Yet, he is not the only fighter to give clairvoyance a whirl.

UFC heavyweight contender Alistair Overeem was featured On Fox Sports Live with Jay and Dan just before his title shot against Stipe Miocic in September.

In the interview, Jay and Dan played a little game of “Over/Under” with the heavyweight competitor. When asked if Conor McGregor would last 1.5 rounds with him, Overeem responded that it was an over estimation. Apparently, Overeem has little hope in the lightweight champion standing toe-to-toe with him.

Overeem is currently riding a KO victory over Mark Hunt at UFC 209, after losing his first and only title shot to Stipe Miocic at UFC 203.

In the meanwhile, Conor McGregor is working hard to set up the largest payday of his career. The champion is attempting to schedule an epic cross-promotional bout with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr.
