Ronda Rousey Gives First Interview Since Getting KO’d By Amanda Nunes

Since her loss to Amanda Nunes, former UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has been trying her hand at acting. With a brief history of small roles, Rousey made a cameo on Comedy Central’s Drunk History. She has also hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live.

In her latest venture, Rousey has picked up a larger part in the hit show Blindspot.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, UFC President Dana White was asked if the former champion has any upcoming roles with the series. “I think if this thing goes for another season, I think she wants to stay there, she loves it.” White said. “She had a great time. She said the cast and everybody involved is awesome.”

Later briefly interviewed by TMZ Sports, Rousey was able to provide a little personnal insight into the experience.

Blindspot was awesome. I really loved it. I hope I get to go back.” Rousey said.

With White having previously admitted that he does not believe Rousey will return to the octagon, it is beginning to seem more likely that the former champion will make a home with New York based series Blindspot, if given the opportunity.
