Former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold is coming off of a loss to Michael “The Count” Bisping at UFC 199. Looking to get back into the octagon to make his way back to the middleweight title, Rockhold has posted a sparring video to Instagram.
In the video, Rockhold can be seen working on his striking, as the video is pared with some news from the former champion. “Back in the Bay doing what we do. Waiting on an opponent for July or maybe June…” Rockhold posted.
