Conor McGregor Says He’s Turning His Sights To Boxing And More World Titles

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor says he has his sights on winning world titles in the sport of boxing.

On Thursday, McGregor posted a photo on his Instagram of his newborn son sitting with his MMA titles.

“Let’s go get some boxing ones now son,” McGregor wrote on his Instagram page.

McGregor recently confirmed that he had agreed to terms to fight Floyd “Money” Mayweather in a boxing match. However, a deal with Mayweather still needs to be made before the bout becomes official.

According to his Instagram post, McGregor’s boxing match with Mayweather may not be a one time deal. The UFC champion appears to have his sights on winning championships in the sport.

Below, you can see McGregor newborn son surrounded by five different MMA titles. One of which is his Cage Warriors title that he won before joining the UFC. McGregor also has four UFC titles. His first is from defeating Chad Mendes to become interim featherweight champion. His second is from defeating Jose Aldo to become undisputed champion. The other two he received the night he defeated Eddie Alvarez and became the first ever two-division world champion.
