GSP Looking Slow And Heavy In New Training Video

Former UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre appears to be heavier and slower in a recent training video.

On Monday, St-Pierre posted a video of himself hitting pads while looking larger than he has in the past. In his caption, St-Pierre said he was, “Back to work after my birthday celebrations.” So that may have been a major factor.

In the video below, you can see St-Pierre training to make his UFC comeback.

St-Pierre is expected to return to the UFC at the end of 2017. At this time, it is unknown exactly who the former champion will fight. However, it does appear that he will fight for a UFC title. St-Pierre is likely to fight UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping or the winner of the next UFC welterweight title fight between Tyron Woodley and Demian Maia.

St-Pierre has not fought since 2013. He temporarily left the UFC after successfully defending his welterweight title for the ninth consecutive time.
