Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight contender Robert “The Reaper” Whittaker has added another accolade to his mixed martial arts repertoire. Now, the UFC contender has a new belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Robert Whittaker recently took to Instagram to share some great news with his fans. The fighter has now achieved brown belt status under his teachers in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Over Instagram, the mixed martial artist let his fans know that he is running a class as well.
“Stoked to have received my brown belt from my coaches Alex Prates and Mauricio Cavicchini tonight. Come down to my gym @graciejiujitsusmeatongrange Mondays and Wednesday nights where ill be running a gi and no gi class !!!” Whittaker said.
Robert Whittaker is currently riding a seven fight win streak. Most recently, the mixed martial artist scored an impressive TKO victory over Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza at UFC on FOX 24.
