Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor is gearing up to fight boxing phenom Floyd Mayweather Jr. inside a boxing ring, not everyone is okay with that. Among them, famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya and UFC President Dana White have been clashing heads for some time now over the fight’s announcement. Now, the famed boxer has decided to extend an olive branch to the UFC president, sort of.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, Oscar De La Hoya explained that he would like to talk with Dana White again and clear the air. However, the boxer was then asked what he believes fans on the fence about Mayweather vs. McGregor should do come fight night.

De La Hoya responded that fans should “Go watch the circus.”
