‘Sports Science’ Already Has A Scientific Breakdown Of Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather

ESPN has already released a special edition of “Sports Science” covering the upcoming boxing match between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

During the episode, they discuss McGregor’s impressive striking power. They claim McGregor punches with as much velocity as an MLB pitcher. They also claim McGregor punches with 845 pounds of force.

During their breakdown, “Sports Science” focused on Mayweather’s defense. They also claim that Mayweather strikes faster than a viper.

“Sports Science” also said Mayweather has about the same punching power as UFC star, and McGregor rival, Nate Diaz.

Mayweather is coming out of retirement to fight McGregor in his 50th professional boxing match. Mayweather is currently 49-0, while McGregor will be making his professional boxing debut.
