The Debate Is Over, Real “A-Side” For Mayweather vs. McGregor Revealed … And It’s Undeniable

Floyd “Money” Mayweather looks to be making a lot more money than UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor for when the two compete in a boxing match later this summer.

According to ESPN Deportes, Mayweather will make $175 million, while McGregor will make $100 million.

Mayweather is clearly the A-side of this partnership. Not only is the boxing legend projected to make $75 million more than the UFC champion. Mayweather Promotions was given all of the rights to promote the fight.

Regardless this will be by far the highest amount McGregor will be paid for a single fight. Both McGregor and the UFC are happy to take a backseat with how much money both plan to make.

Last week, Mayweather and McGregor officially agreed to terms to fight each other in a 12-round boxing match that will be contested at 154 pounds.

Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
