Bob Arum Blames Pacquiao’s Senate Duties, Not Judges On Loss To Horn

Boxing phenom Manny Pacquiao recently put his WBO welterweight world title on the line for an intense slug fest performance. Now, the boxing world has begun voicing its thoughts on the fighter’s performance.

In Brisbane, Australia, Manny Pacquiao faced off against rising star Jeff Horn. Both fighters put everything inside the ring, with the fight ultimately going the distance. In the end, Jeff Horn earned a unanimous decision victory over his opponent.

The post-fight press conference, boxing promoter Bob Arum gave his thoughts on Pacquiao’s performance. As transcribed by Bloody Elbow,  Arum said “I think you cannot spend so much time as a senator and expect to be a world-class fighter.”
