Oscar’s Still Blasting: ‘I couldn’t beat Floyd … Conor has no chance!’

Boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya is still not shy about sharing his thoughts on the upcoming boxing match between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

TMZ Sports caught up with De La Hoya and asked him if he though McGregor had a shot at pulling off the upset.

“No chance. If I couldn’t get a shot in, come on,” De La Hoya said.

De La Hoya was then asked what advice he would give the UFC champion.

“Go for the body, or a flying kick to the head,” De La Hoya said jokingly.

De La Hoya finished the interview by saying it’s ridiculous to think McGregor has a shot against Mayweather when he couldn’t defeat him.

“You think Conor McGregor in my prime is better than me?” De La Hoya said.

McGregor will make his professional boxing debut against Mayweather on Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
