Conor Does It Again… Drops Another Sparring Partner — This Time It’s His Head Coach

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has once again dropped one of his sparring partners.

On Monday, John Kavanagh, McGregor’s head coach, shared a photo of himself down on the mat. In the photo, Kavanagh looks to be in a lot of pain.

“‘Y’all right down there coach?’ #notapush,” Kavanagh wrote on his Instagram along with a photo of McGregor standing over him.

It looks as if McGregor is continuing to do damage to his sparring partner with less than one week before his professional boxing debut.

On Saturday, McGregor is scheduled to fight boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather in Las Vegas.

Fans of the UFC already know McGregor is one of the most lethal strikers in the sport, but it will be interesting to see if McGregor’s will keep that lethal power in eight-ounce boxing gloves.

If McGregor’s power does transfer to the sport of boxing, he may be able to hand Mayweather the first loss of his professional career.
