Conor On Making His Pro Boxing Debut — “This Is Bruce Lee Sh*t”

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is confident in his skills going into his next fight.

In just over two weeks, McGregor will fight in his first professional boxing match against boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather.

On Friday, McGregor hosted a media day at the new UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.

While talking to the media, McGregor talked about his fighting skills, and why he is able to be successful in the sport of boxing.

McGregor says he’s been fighting all his life and can compete in any type of combat sport.

“People have been talking as if I’m a novice. I’ve been fighting my entire life. I’m the best there is,” McGregor said.

“I can fight in many forms. This here is Bruce Lee (expletive).”

Going into his first boxing match, McGregor is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world of MMA.

Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
