Lesnar And Manager Hit Last Night’s WWE Broadcast, Hint They’re Moving Back To UFC

On Monday, former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, along with Paul Heyman, hinted at Lesnar returning to the UFC while appearing on WWE’s Monday Night RAW.

On the show, Heyman, while standing next to Lesnar, was talking about the main event to WWE’s second biggest event of the year SummerSlam, which takes place on Sunday. In the main event, Lesnar is defending his WWE Universal Championship. If Lesnar loses his title, Lesnar has announced he will leave the WWE.

“If that is the case, I assure you, you might as well lock this beast up in a cage,” Heyman said about Lesnar.

Recently, Lesnar has shown interest in making a return to the UFC. However, there are a few factors that stand in his way.

Lesnar is currently under suspension from the sport, and would need to undergo months of drug testing before he would be eligible to compete.

Also, Lesnar is under contract with the WWE until April. However, Lesnar rarely appears on WWE programming, so having him lose his title on Sunday could allow Lesnar to prepare for a return to the Octagon.
