On Saturday, the UFC hosted their 12th show in 13 weeks. Before they take the rest of the month off, the UFC hosted an exciting Fight Night event in Mexico City.
In the final preliminary fight, middleweights Brad Scott and Jack Hermansson met inside the Octagon.
Scott controlled the cage at the start of the fight. Both fighters were hesitant to throw offense early in the round. Hermansson landed a few kicks before getting a takedown. Scott went for a triangle choke from the bottom. Hermansson managed to escape the submission and got full mount. Scott rolled to his stomach and Hermansson responded by landing hard shots on the ground. Eventually, the referee stepped in and stopped the fight.
