The UFC returned to Mexico City on Saturday night with a Fight Night event filled with up-and-coming fighters trying to make a name for themselves on MMA’s biggest stage.
Rani Yahya fought Henry Briones in a bantamweight battle during the preliminary portion of the card.
Yahya went for a takedown early. Yahya got the fight to the ground and gained side control. On the ground, Yahya went for a north-south choke, but Briones escaped. Yahya stayed on top and went for a kimura and finished the fight.
