Out Of Prison, Alexander Emelianenko Looks To Be In The Shape Of His Life

Since being released from prison, Alexander Emelianenko looks to be in phenomenal shape.

On Monday, Emelianenko posted a video on his Instagram of himself working out. At age 36, Emelianenko may be in the best shape of his life. In the video below, you can see for yourself just how good of shape Emelianenko appears to be in.

Emelianenko is the younger brother of MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko. Just like his older brother, Alexander has spent time competing in promotions such as PRIDE and M-1.

In PRIDE, Alexander Emelianenko earned notable knockout wins against James Thompson and Sergei Kharitonov. He also has a win against Bob Sapp.

Emelianenko also has experience fighting former UFC champions Josh Barnett and Fabricio Werdum. He also has a notable knockout loss to Mirko Cro Cop.

In 2015, Emelianenko was convicted of assaulting and raping his housekeeper. He was sentenced to almost five years in jail, but he was released on parole back in October.
