Registered Sex Offender Controversially Set As This Weekend’s Headliner

A registered sex offender will headline this weekend’s Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) show in Missouri.

On Sept. 1, Kyle Noblitt will fight Antônio Paulo Branjão in a battle between two undefeated fighters in the main event of LFA 21.

According to reports, Noblitt was convicted of four felonies after being arrested in July 2012.

The four felonies include, “forcible sodomy – deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, serious physical injury; attempted forcible rape – attempted sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion; resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing—creating a substantial risk of serious Injury/death to any person; and sexual abuse.”

Noblitt was sentenced seven years in prison for sexual abuse and four years for resisting arrest but was later given a suspended sentence and five years of probation.

Noblitt is currently undefeated with eight wins. He has five wins by submission and two wins by knockout.
