UFC Results: Light Heavyweight Newcomer Dominates, Earns TKO Win In Round 2

The UFC returned to the Netherlands on Saturday with a Fight Night event in Rotterdam.

Light heavyweight Abdul-Kerim Edilov made his UFC debut on the prelims when he fought Bojan Mihajiovic, who was attempting to get his first win inside the Octagon.

Edilov landed some hard shots early in the fight. He controlled the position and the cage and kept Mihjiovic moving backward. Edilov eventually got the fight to the ground. While on top, Edilov landed punches to the head and body. Mihjiovic moved to his stomach, which allowed Edilov to land more devastating punches on the ground for the remainder of the round.

Mihjiovic was more aggressive to start off the second round, but Edilov stayed calm and landed brutal knees. Edilov then managed to once again take down his opponent. On the ground, Edilov smothered Mihjivoic and landed ground-and-pound shots until the referee stopped the fight.

Official Result:

Abdul-Kerim Edilov def. Bojan Mihajiovic by TKO (Round 2)
