BJJ Blackbelt vs. 250 Pound Football Player Who Doesn’t Believe In BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense system, martial art and a competition all in one. For this 250 pound football player, none of those things seemed to be true. That being said, he is likely of a different mind after grappling with this BJJ black belt.

Football requires a grand level of strength, especially for linemen. Often set against opponents up to and over 300 pounds, linemen are forced to improve their strength as much as possible to handle their adversaries. For this player, he thought a BJJ practitioner would be no match for his athletic form and technique. As it turns out, the blackbelt was a bit too much for the man.
