UFC Females Come Together About The UFC Not Giving Them Fights

The UFC has events planned all over the world every calendar year which is something that they need to do with their roster currently being so large. Given how many events they put on each year one would think it would give ample opportunities for fighters to get placed on cards, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Top UFC females Jessica Eye, Marion Reneau, and Randa Markos were all looking to get on an upcoming card but the UFC hasn’t contacted them.

Marion Reneau knows time isn’t on her side.

“Forty is the new 20; let’s just roll with that,” Reneau said in an earlier interview with MMAjunkie. “I just feel that, when I’m ready, I’m going to call it quits. I don’t have a set date, a set time, a set number of fights. But, when I do, it will be on my terms.”

Randa Markos was looking to get back on track after suffering a close decision loss in Mexico City this past August.

“I believe I won last night. It was close but I won.Was told that even though Alexa didn’t make weight I was still able to win FOTN this is discouraging sh*t.” Markos said following the fight.

Former UFC bantamweight contender Jessica “Evil” Eye was looking to get a fresh start in the UFCs new flyweight division at UFC 216, but her fight was scrapped from the card when Paige VanZant fell out due to injury.

“Money talks, doesn’t it?” Eye said . “They know, as much as I might be on this hard losing streak. Nothing denies my talent, my abilities, how good I did do at 125. I don’t lose at 125. There’s no question in my mind ever, and that’s where you’ll find finishing, that’s where they’re going to find the Jessica that can finish. If they really want me to do it, I’m sure they’ll make it enticing enough for me.”
