Fighter Gets Frozen Stiff While Standing In Shocking New K.O. Of The Year Candidate

Head-kick knockouts are perhaps sometimes a double edged sword in mixed martial arts. By nature, the strikes are devastating. For fight fans this can be an entertaining finish to a match up, but it may be something entirely different for those inside the cage.

Solomon Rogers made his big mixed martial arts debut at the recent Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 7. However, things simply did not go the fighter’s way.

For the match up, Rogers went toe-to-toe with fellow MMA newcomer Samuel Ilnicki. Ilnicki quickly put an end to the fight, rearing back a head kick that Rogers leaned into unaware. Rogers took the blow full force to the face, immediately falling to the canvas. However Rogers body first seized up, as all of his muscles tensed at once from the mighty blow. Ilnicki immediately appeared concerned for Rogers, as the fighter was still stunned on the ground.

Ilnicki’s stunning head-kick knockout finish can be seen in the video above.
