Controversial UFC welterweight Colby Covington recently hit Twitter and gave away the ending of the new Star Wars movie. Now, in a new interview he’s completely unapologetic and has some harsh words for his critical fans.
On opening night of the Last Jedi, the new Star Wars Film, Covington, decided it would be a good idea to send out to the world what happens at the end of the movie.
It’s a cold move during the holiday season, one that has absolutely infuriated thousands of fans across the globe.
The Star Wars film franchise is one of the most successful in movie history. This year, Lucas Films opted on a holiday release for the latest in the series. Year end Holiday releases are typically reserved for major blockbuster motion pictures, ones that have a shot at breaking ticket sales records.
Now Colby is taking to MMAjunkie.radio to further insult the people he already angered, stating, “There’s a couple hundred that are pissed off and want me dead, want my head, that want ISIS to burn my family. So a lot of virgins and nerds out there mad at Colby Covington.”
Former UFC star Tim Kennedy made it very clear to not spoil the film and current middleweight contender Sam Alvey was also very upset at Covington for doing that. As a result, have now been grouped in with those virgin nerds that Colby was talking about.
