New Images Of Conor’s Camp Surface, Appears To Be Training For Khabib Nurmagomedov

Friday night new images of Conor McGregor have surfaced, and while we have known for sometime he’s resumed full time MMA training, it now appears as if the training strategy is build around a potential match with Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Conor McGregor must return to the UFC to defend his UFC world title or face getting stripped of the belt. And with seemingly little interest in facing Tony Ferguson, the world is presently fixated on a bout between Conor McGregor and top UFC lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov.

McGregor for months has ignored the taunts and callouts from Tony Ferguson, and has failed to react to any of Tony’s fights. And despite Ferguson holding UFC interim gold, he’s rarely in the discussion when it comes to Conor McGregor return to action.

The same however, can not be said about Khabib, who since winning his UFC 219 fight againt Edson Barboza, has emerged as the front runner for a fight against Conor McGregor.

Unlike Ferguson, Conor has publicly feuded with Khabib, reacted to his most recent win, and proclaimed he wants to fight in Russia.

At the same time, Khabib’s management has all but brushed of any potential fight for Tony Ferguson’s interim title, saying that Khabib will only fight for the real belt.

Well, if we are to put the pieces of the puzzle together, it would seem like Khabib vs. McGregor is the fight everyone wants, and now these new training photos are only adding fuel to that fire.

Khabib is a world renowned grappler, and in order for someone to beat him, they need to keep him off them. Using lengthy rangy front kicks is a way to do it, as is polishing up on your takedown defense and defensive grappling.

Fighting pure is a different gravy. Looking at the landscape of my current opponents, everyone of them have truly weak areas in the overall picture of fighting. You cannot test me in a straight fight. Nobody on this earth can. Trust me. I am not just the greatest at this. I am the double greatest.
