Tito Ortiz Reveals How Much Money He Made Betting Against Ronda Rousey

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz has come forward to reveal just how much he profited by betting against Ronda Rousey. For “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy,” it was seemingly quite the payday.

Former UFC bantamweight champion and trailblazing mixed martial arts superstar Ronda Rousey has not competed inside the octagon since going on a two fight losing streak in 2016. The former title holder first suffered a knockout loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193.

The loss pulled Rousey down from her legendarily dominant undefeated streak, making for an emotional moment for the former champion. Rousey returned to the octagon to face off against Amanda Nunes at UFC 207.

Despite Rousey’s recent knockout loss, many bookies still had Rousey favored to win the match up. None the less, Tito Ortiz made a massive $50,000 bet against Rousey.

Rousey would go on to suffer a TKO loss to Nunes in the second round. Taking to Instagram, Ortiz posted the receipt from his massive bet. The former title holder earned a massive $77,500 from the event.

Check out the receipt from Ortiz’s bet below, as provided by the fighter’s Instagram account:
