Bellator Veteran Loses Life After Game Of Russian Roulette Turns Deadly — R.I.P.

The mixed martial arts world has suffered another tragedy. Bellator competitor Ivan “JP” Cole has passed away.

Ivan Cole went 2-3 in his mixed martial arts career. Most recently, the fighter made his Bellator MMA debut against George Pacurariu. However, Pacurariu earned a first round submission victory over the fighter.

It has since been reported by CBS DFW that Cole passed away in his Dallas, Texas apartment. The fighter reportedly shot himself while playing the lethal game referred to as “Russian roulette.”

Ivan Cole earned victories over Kashiff Solarin and Gino Escamilla during his mixed martial arts career, having competed in the likes of Legacy Fighting Championship and Bellator MMA among others.
