Breaking: Tomorrow’s UFC Co-Main Event Cancelled on 24-Hour Notice

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is now down one co-main event for the promotion’s incipient fight card.

UFC Fight Night 125 is set to go down Saturday night, Feb. 3, in Belem, Brazil. The night’s headliner will see former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida face off against Eryk Anders. The co-main event was initially set to see John Dodson go toe-to-toe with Pedro Munhoz. However, things have since changed.

Three fighters missed weight on Friday at the official weigh-ins for the upcoming event. Anders and Munhoz were among them. Munhoz mised weight by a staggering total of four pounds, leading to reports that Dodson was considering pulling out of the event.

Now, as previously reported, John Dodson has pulled out of his co-main event match up against Pedro Munhoz.
