UFC President Dana White was on an announcement role this evening while on the Fox Sports 1 UFC Tonight Show.
During the broadcast the UFC boss debunked the Woodley vs. Diaz talks, raged on Mario Yamasaki, touched on Floyd Mayweather to the UFC, and discussed Jon Jones’ future.
The UFC president also confirmed two new title challenger in Valentina Shevchenko and Rafael dos Anjos.
According to the UFC boss, Valentina’s controversial co-main event this past Saturday was more than enough to earn her the first crack at the TUF winner who won the world title in Nicco Montano.
And while debunking the Nate Diaz – Tyron Woodley fight, Dana White confirmed that Rafael dos Anjos, who savaged his way to a victory over Robbdie Lawler, will face Woodley next for the welterweight world title.
Dana did not mention target dates for these fights, but did confirm that these two are next in line for title shots.
