Fresh Off Holloway Backing Out Of UFC 222, Conor McGregor Roasts Him

Following the news of UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway’s recent removal from UFC 222, Conor McGregor has decided to come forward with a critical remark on the title holder.

Max Holloway was initially set to headline UFC 222 in a match up against Frankie Edgar. However, the fight has since been cancelled as Holloway received an undisclosed injury.

Taking to Instagram, UFC superstar Conor McGregor offered a critical message for the champion.

McGregor stated, “When there is no referee to save you.”

Alongside the message, “Notorious” offered a photo from his fight with Holloway. The two mixed martial arts warriors first faced off at UFC Fight Night 26, with McGregor earning a unanimous decision victory over the fighter.
