UFC Announces Six More Fights For Upcoming Fight Cards

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is gearing up for a year that is quickly filling up with interesting fight cards. With that in mind, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has now locked in six more exciting bouts for some of the UFC’s upcoming events.

UFC Fight Night 128 goes down April 21 inside the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J. UFC officials announced three new bookings for the FOX Sports featured card on Saturday during the broadcast of UFC Fight Night 125.

Aspen Ladd and Leslie Smith are now set to throw down on the card in a women’s bantamweight war. Ladd will be putting her undefeated streak on the line as she faces off against her opponent on fight night.

Bantamweights Merab Dvalishvili and Augusto Mendes have also been locked in for an octagon match up. In the flyweight division, Magomed Bibulatov will now be taking on Ulka Sasaki.

It has since been revealed that the two other notable upcoming UFC cards will also be receiving new match ups.

UFC 224 will take place May 12 inside the Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Now the live pay-per-view event will feature two new bouts.

Lightweights Davi Ramos and Nick Hein are now set to face off for the Brazilian crowd. Alberto Mina and Ramazan Emeev are locked in to fight on the night’s card as well, though a weight class for the fight has not yet been revealed.

Lastly, UFC on FOX 29 has gained a new match up. The event is set to go down April 19 inside the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

John Moraga has been scheduled to fight on the card, which is taking place in his hometown. For the match up, Moraga will be going toe-to-toe with Wilson Reis.
