Yamasaki Blasts Back At Dana White, And It’s Truly The Most “Gangster” Clap Back In UFC History

The biggest storyline coming out of Saturday’s UFC Belem event involved the brutality witnessed in the co-headlining fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Priscilla Cachoeira.

You’ll be hard pressed to find someone who actually watched the fight who’s willing to side with the referee’s decision to allow the bout continue beyond the first few minutes.

Shevchenko nearly committed murder in the ring that night, and Priscilla Cachoeira was on the wrong end of the most lopsided fights in UFC history, and we mean that factually and statistically.

In the night’s co-headliner, Shevchenko landed 217 strikes to Cachoeira’s 1. And it was an absolute blood bath to boot.

Following the match, UFC president Dana White took to his verified instagram account to call for referee Mario Yamasaki’s lifetime ban from the UFC.

The UFC boss stated, “Priscilla Cachoeira, you showed so much heart and toughness in that fight. I’m honored to have you fight in the UFC. Unfortunately the ref is there to protect you and Mario DID NOT do that.

“This isn’t his first disgusting performance in the octagon. Another unfortunate thing is that i can’t do anything about I️t only the Brazilian commission can and i am hoping after this scary, incompetent showing he hopefully will never set foot in that Octagon again. Strikes landed was 230-3.”

Now, here we are, two-days removed from the bout, and Yamasaki speaks up in rare form, and it’s the most gangster clap back we’ve ever seen.

Check it out:

“Everyone wants to be a gangster until it’s time to do gangster shit. You gotta let fighters fight. #UFCBelem”
