CM Punk’s Rumored Opponent Vows To Knock Him Out Cold

Phil Brooks, better known by his WWE moniker CM Punk, has not competed inside the octagon since making his MMA debut at UFC 203. That being said, rumors are beginning to spread that the former professional wrestler is being targeted for a bout against Mike Jackson at UFC 225.

Phil Brooks suffered a devastating first round loss to Mickey Gall in his octagon debut, sending Brooks back to the proverbial drawing board. A new rumor claims that Mike Jackson, another fighter to suffer a first round loss to Mickey Gall in his octagon debut, is being targeted to take on Brooks within his hometown.

UFC 225 goes down June 9 inside the United Center in Phil Brook’s hometown of Chicago, Illinois. Speaking on the possibility of fighting Brooks at the event, Mike Jackson revealed that he would knock the former WWE star out if they ever meet inside the octagon.

“His memory is going to be so far gone, when we are going out to eat pizza, he’s taking me to his favorite childhood spot.” Jackson said. “That’s how bad I am going to knock this man out.”
