Watch The UFC’s R.I.P. Tribute That Had Joe Rogan In Tears On Saturday Night’s Broadcast

The mixed martial arts world has suffered another loss, as longtime UFC producer Bruce Connal has passed away. Now the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has offered a tribute to the veteran MMA notable.

Connal passed away at the age of 61 on Thursday, after over two decades of service as the UFC’s lead producer. Within the video above, longtime UFC commentator Joe Rogan can be heard giving a touching tribute to the man that has affected so many lives.

Down below, the UFC offered an official statement following Connal’s passing.

He may not have been fighting in the Octagon or in front of the camera, but few had the impact Bruce Connal did on the UFC during his two decades as a producer for the promotion.

Sadly, Connal suddenly passed away this week. He was 61.

A producer of more than 300 live events, Connal was loved and respected by everyone who had the good fortune of crossing his path, and his innovative work set a high bar for those in television production.

The UFC family will miss Bruce, who is survived by his wife Karen and children Tyler, Carly and Trevor
