Breaking: UFC Chile Just Lost It’s Third Fight, Including The Main And Co-Main Events

It would appear that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) may be losing yet another fight from one of the promotion’s upcoming cards. This time around, UFC Fight Night 129 is in peril of losing yet another match up.

UFC Fight Night 129 is set to go down inside the Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile on May 19. The highly anticipated fight card was initially set to feature a main event match up between Kamaru Usman and Santiago Ponzinibbio.

However, Ponzinibbio has since pulled out of the fight after suffering an injury. Consequently, Usman is now set to face off against Brazilian native Demian Maia.

Mauricio Rua was originally set to throw down with tough contender Volkan Oezdemir on the night’s card as well. Due to visa issues, Oezdemir has since been forced to pull out of the match up.

Now it would appear that the flyweight war between Ray Borg and Brandon Moreno is now also in question. Borg’s newborn child has been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and is set to endure a second brain surgery.

Consequently, the UFC is already looking for Borg’s replacement in the upcoming match up. Taking to Twitter, Combate’s Raphael Marinho reported the news.
