Surging her way through a four fight winning streak, popular UFC strawweight fighter Felice Herrig is set to return as part of this weekend’s UFC 223 event against former UFC title challenger Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

With a title shot in her line of sight, Herrig appears to be in the shape of her life ahead of Saturday’s big event.

UFC 223 is set to go down this Saturday, live on pay-per-view. The event features a headliner between Max Holloway and Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Eating again. This is amazing. In the past during fight week I would stress out about what to eat , what not to eat. How much can I drink? Is it too much? Is it not enough. It’s great to have @lockloadedmma here to take all the guess work out and bring me food when it’s time to eat. Us fighters are crazy. We think weight cuts have to be miserable and full of starvation and dehydration. That is clearly not the case. We are athletes and humans and NEED fuel. Science ? baby science
