Hype Justified! Team McGregor’s Dillon Danis Easily Wins MMA Debut With Round 1 Stoppage

The time has finally come. Dillon Danis is set to make his big mixed martial arts debut.

Bellator MMA is in Rosemont, Illinois tonight, April 28, for the MMA promotion’s latest event. This time around, the organization is hosting the highly anticipated fight card of Bellator 198.

Kicking off the night’s main card inside the Allstate Arena, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ace Dillon Danis will be making his debut within the sport of mixed martial arts. The BJJ phenom first attracted fight fans’ attention within the realm of MMA for being the grappling coach to UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

With that in mind, the fighter will now be making his own appearance inside the cage. Danis is now set to face off against Kyle Walker, as the coach to “Notorious” looks to shock the world with a stunning performance. Check out the Bellator results down below.

The fight quickly picked up to a swift pace in the first round. Danis managed to snag his opponent and get him to the canvas early in the fight. Submitting the fighter, Danis earned a huge victory in his MMA debut.
