CM Punk’s Broadcast Position On UFC 225 Fight Card Revealed

Phil Brooks, better known by his WWE moniker CM Punk, is set to make his big octagon return. Now the mixed martial artist’s position on the upcoming fight card has been revealed.

CM Punk made a transition into the world of mixed martial arts back in 2016. For his big MMA debut, Punk stepped inside the octagon and faced off against Mickey Gall at UFC 203.

Gall made short work of his opponent, earning a swift submission victory over the fighter. Punk was sent back to the proverbial drawing board for nearly two years, before now being set to make his big octagon return.

The professional wrestler turned mixed martial artist is now set to face off against Mike Jackson, another fighter to lose their octagon debut against Mickey Gall. The two will compete on the live pay-per-view main card of UFC 225.

The highly anticipated event will take place June 9 inside the United Center in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, Illinois. UFC officials announced the bout order for the fight card on Saturday.
