Jon Jones Wasn’t Done, Takes Liddell Trash-Talk To Insanely Brutal Heights

UFC Hall of Famer has not competed within the sport of mixed martial arts since 2010. With that in mind, the 48-year-old has officially come out of retirement.

“The Iceman” has a few fights on his mind. Liddell wants a trilogy rematch with fellow former title holder and longtime rival Tito Ortiz. However, Liddell also revealed that he wants to fight mixed martial arts phenom Jon Jones.

Taking to Twitter, Jon Jones has decided to

“Old Chuck has been calling me out for years! I get it, I hold pretty much every record in the division. I normally try to respect my elders but if you want it come get it. Id literally fly you out to Albuquerque this weekend.”

“You might want to test the strength of that jaw before you take a bite you cant chew”

“In all seriousness @ChuckLiddell I appreciate your offer for a fight, but due to scheduling conflicts may not be able to fulfill till mid 2019 . In the Upcoming months I have similarly lethal opponents in Ric Flair and George Foreman awaiting .”

Chuck Liddell would go on to offer a comeback for the fellow former title holder.

“@JonnyBones I figure it’s a good place for a youngin like u to learn from a true legend and champion on how to really fight and conduct your life inside and outside the ring ?? champions101 #respect #integrity”

However, things then got even more heated.

“@ChuckLiddell Brother I don’t have to be retired to be a legend first of all. And you talking to me about conducting my life outside the cage is just hysterical. Chuck we all know you’re far from innocent.”

“@ChuckLiddell and as far as you teaching me how to ‘really fight'”

“i’m done with all this Internet bullshit for the time being, if you have something else to say to me I’ve already invited you down to Albuquerque. Take care old man Ladelle”
