Conor McGregor Gives Bec Rawling’s Props For Saturday’s Bare Knuckle Boxing Win

Mixed martial arts phenom Bec Rawlings put on a dominant performance at a truly historical event over the weekend. Now UFC superstar Conor McGregor has come forward with a compliment for the fighter.

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship hosted the first state sanctioned bare-knuckle event within the United States since 1889 on Saturday, June 2. The first sanctioned U.S. bare-knuckle event in over a century took place inside the Cheyenne Ice & Events Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming and featured a series of exciting match ups.

Among them, Bec Rawlings went toe-to-toe with Alma Garcia. Rawlings ultimately earned a dominant second round TKO victory over her opponent.

Taking to Instagram, former multi-division UFC champion Conor McGregor offered a compliment to Bec Rawling’s fighting form within a comment to a series of photos posted by MMA Fighting’s Esther Lin. McGregor stated:

“Some great shots. Photo and fist. Thumb positioned perfectly for a bare fist shot. Zero damage to the paws taken. Great work Bec.”
