Dana White And Covington To Take UFC Belt To Donald Trump’s White House

Newly crowned UFC interim welterweight champion Colby Covington is determined to take his belt to the White House. Now UFC President Dana White has come forward to reveal that he can “make that happen.”

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted the highly anticipated fight card of UFC 225 on Saturday, June 9, from within the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Co-headlining the night’s event, Colby Covington faced off against former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight title.

Covington ultimately walked away with a unanimous decision victory over his opponent for the belt. Both before and after receiving the title, Covington has been campaigning to bring the belt to Pres. Donald Trump’s desk within the White House.

Of course, UFC President Dana White has been good friends with Trump since before the President’s time in office. Speaking at the UFC 225 Post-Fight Press Conference, Dana White revealed that he could “make it happen” when it came to getting Covington’s belt to the White House.
