Floyd Drops The Beef, Congratulates Conor McGregor For Latest Accomplishment

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC superstar Conor McGregor managed to each make it within the top five of Forbes’ highest paid athletes for 2017. Now “Money” Mayweather has come forward with a few respectful words for all of the list’s top performers.

Mayweather and McGregor went toe-to-toe inside the squared circle back in 2017. “Notorious” made it to the tenth round, before Mayweather managed to earn a TKO victory over the former multi-division UFC champion.

Still, both competitors managed to walk away with massive paydays. Consequently Mayweather Jr. made it to the top of the Forbes list, while McGregor hit the No. 1 spot.

Taking to Instagram, Mayweather Jr. recently offered a congratulations to all of the list’s featured athletes.
