Double Trouble As McGregor And Jones Look To Celebrate Court Win Together

UFC megastar Conor McGregor recently had his day in court. The Ireland native was facing a potential 12 charges for the attack on a UFC bus from April 5.

“Notorious” struck a plea deal, ultimately pleading guilty to one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The fighter’s felony charges were dropped, as McGregor will not be seeing jail time for the incident.

Rather, the former two-division champion will have to perform community service, take an anger management evaluation and pay restitution for the damaged UFC bus. Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, a fighter that once faced the court room for being involved in a hit-and-run case, has since decided to offer a few words of support for his fellow former title holder.

First taking to Instagram, Conor McGregor posted a video of himself simply yelling “freedom.”

Now Jon Jones has come forward with a comment to the message.

“Congratulations on being set free from all that court sh*t, definitely know the feeling,” Jones said. Check out a screen shot of the original comment down below.
