Awkward! UFC Reporter Thinks “Mighty Mouse” Is TJ Dillashaw, And Johnson Just Goes With It

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be delivering the highly anticipated fight card for UFC 227 this weekend. In promotion for the exciting event, the UFC recently hosted the media conference call for the event.

UFC 227 goes down this Saturday, Aug. 4, from within the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. Headlining the night’s event, UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw will be taking on former champion Cody Garbrandt in a title fight rematch. Meanwhile, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will take on Henry Cejudo in the co-main event for a title fight rematch of their own.

During the recent UFC 227 conference call, T.J. Dillashaw was seemingly nowhere to be found. A reporter asked Dillashaw a line of questions.

Rather than revealing that Dillashaw was seemingly not on the line, Demetrious Johnson elected to portray the UFC bantamweight champion. “Mighty Mouse” then answered a series of questions from the reporter, claiming to be T.J. Dillashaw.

After a few questions, Johnson finally revealed that he was in fact not the bantamweight title holder and that Dillashaw was seemingly not a part of the call. Check it out within the video above.
